Production Interns

The Production department consists of Lighting, Sound, Scenery, Props, Costumes, and Production Management.  The Production department works closely with designers, directors and stage management in implementing the designs of each production and the annual Live Arts Gala extravaganza.

The level of responsibility entrusted to Live Arts intern/volunteers requires that they be mature, self-reliant, articulate, and able to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. Each candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the experienced staff of Live Arts' Production Department in implementing the designs of the area’s foremost theatrical designers. Flexibility and a sense of humor are a must. An intern/volunteer's tasks may change depending on the needs of each production, however we are dedicated to making each experience professional and educational.  Some experience in theater is a plus, but not required.

People of all ethnicities, gender, and background are encouraged to apply, though you must be at least 18.  Summer interns 16-17 years old may apply, with written permission from their parent or guardian.
