Story Circus Camp for 4-7 year olds!

Join Melissa Bryant Charles for a special Story Circus Intensive for 4-7 year olds at Live Arts. In this one-week session, kids will play theater games, sing songs, and put together a darling one-act play with actor/director Melissa Charles. This is the perfect way to beat the summer heat, and give your young actor or actress a chance to play at Live Arts! Final performance on August 2nd at 11:30am.

Session 2: Musical Theater Camp (Two levels: 8 - 12 years old , or 13-17 years old) LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR BOTH LEVELS!

Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm (Extended Day Option available from 9:00am - 5:00pm)

This camp specializes in every aspect of Musical Theater including: solo and choral performance, working with an accompanist, dancing and musical choreography, acting, improvisation, and auditioning.
The Musical Theater Camp offers a team of talented instructors along with special guest artists who will be your guides on the side. Each session will culminate with a showcase performance including song, dance and scenes that will spotlight your talent. Because of its popularity, we are offering two separate sessions of Musical Theater.
SESSION 3: PLAYMAKERS’ INTENSIVE (Two levels: 8 - 12 years old, or 13-17 years old)
July 22- August 2
Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm (Extended Day Option available from 9:00am - 5:00pm)
$490/$450 (Friends of Live Arts)
In this intensive theater camp, students will develop their own one-act productions from concept to performance. Through master classes in playwriting, acting, blocking, set design and construction, costume design, lighting design, and stage management, young people will work with Live Arts instructors to bring their creative ideas to fruition on the Live Arts stage! This workshop will culminate with a showcase of student work.
SESSION 4: FROM PAGE TO STAGE: A One Act Workshop (Two levels: 8 - 12 years old, or 13-17 years old)
EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR BOTH LEVELS.
August 5th - August 9
Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm; Performance at 3:00 on Friday afternoon.
One Week. Two Plays. Infinite Fun In this one-week intensive camp, students will work with Live Arts directors to bring two one-act plays to the Live Arts stage. This camp will culminate with a performance of the one-act plays.
$255/$225 (Friends of Live Arts)

Live Arts Refund Policy
We offer 100% tuition refunds for courses canceled by Live Arts.
We offer a 100% refund, minus a 5 dollar processing fee for withdrawal made BEFORE May 25th.
We do not offer any refund for withdrawals made AFTER May 25th, 2012.
